The purpose of the ICIF, Institute of Cuisine and Oenology of the Regions of Italy, is to qualify, protect and promote the image of Italian cuisine, of the products of excellence of the territory and of the Italian regional food and wine culture, disseminating their knowledge among the professionals from all over the world. Enhancing true Italian cuisine and the agri-food excellence that distinguish it is one of the main objectives of ICIF to promote Made in Italy.
