The purpose of the ICIF, Institute of Cuisine and Oenology of the Regions of Italy, is to qualify, protect and promote the image of Italian cuisine, of the products of excellence of the territory and of the Italian regional food and wine culture, disseminating their knowledge among the professionals from all over the world. Enhancing true Italian cuisine and the agri-food excellence that distinguish it is one of the main objectives of ICIF to promote Made in Italy.

The ENSP  has eight laboratories offering the best equipment in contemporary architecture. They combine space, light and functionality. Each trainee evolves freely and hones his know-how with serenity. Everything is designed to facilitate learning.

The 84-seat amphitheater lends itself to both lectures and demonstrations. Modular space, it can also be transformed into a laboratory. The classrooms are elegant and sober, the audio-video equipment is very powerful.

Institut National de la Boulangerie Pâtisserie

Since 1974, INBP’s core business has been training and consulting in confectionery, bakery, chocolate and catering. The institute operates in Rouen, France and abroad.

Accademia pizzaioli

The Italian Pizzaioli School was founded in the province of Venice in 1988 with the goal of training future pizza professionals. It is the only school to have certified its instructors’ training and to have physical facilities with fully equipped classrooms and laboratories dedicated to professional training, both nationally and internationally.

The School’s curriculum is the most comprehensive in the pizza industry: from the Level 1 Professional Pizzaiolo course to advanced training for professionals, from sustainability in the pizzeria to new trends, we share techniques and knowledge to train the pizza chefs of the future.

The Paula Souza Center (CPS) is an autarchy of the São Paulo state government, linked to the Secretariat for Economic Development.
